MJH Life Sciences™ is the largest privately held, independent, full-service medical media company in North America dedicated to delivering trusted health care news across multiple channels, providing health care professionals with the information and resources they need to optimize patient outcomes. Mesmerize will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of MJH Life Sciences™ and continue to specialize in patient education at the point of care.

Mesmerize will continue to expand its point of care media business by providing patient- and provider-facing marketing opportunities, trusted information, and educational resources to health care provider offices, pharmacies, and specialty clinics nationwide. The expanded organization will leverage the extensive resources of MJH Life Sciences™ including their vast network of pharmacy, oncology, and specialty care relationships and MJH Studios™ for custom media creation.

We are extremely excited to join the MJH Life Sciences™ family. The new relationship will provide Mesmerize with an incredible opportunity to continue to scale our existing point of care networks while opening new access to MJH’s extensive provider networks. Our shared vision for expansion into new practice specialties and chain pharmacies will enable Mesmerize to continue to expand our footprint within the ever-growing point of care landscape.
